Year 2004 has witnessed another big increase in both the number of students and the number of voluntary representatives in Egypt. An increased number of regular donors and the dramatic devaluation of the Egyptian pound against the Sterling pound, allowed the number of students to reach 337, an overall increase of 24% in just 10 months – last increase took place in January 2004. The aforementioned factors also allowed us to increase the monthly grant for each student to become 120.00 LE; an increase of 20%. The following table explains in more details the distribution of students and their servants (our representatives) across the country.
